So, I have to say that it surprises me that I rated this book a 4.5 star rating after having looked at all the other ratings at goodreads I was not expected to REALLY like/love this one. I thought what the heck, I'm in the mood for an Erotic Historical Romance and since I saw this book mentioned at Swept Away By Romance during the Sweet, Sexy, Scorching Giveaway Hop I have wanted to read it. Well, I'm sure glad I did because I enjoy the whole darn book, more than likely because it was EXACTLY the type of read I was looking for.
The story is short at 116 pages but man did it turn on the heat that I was so wanting. The end scene when the three lords join our heroine together was SCORCHING! I could read that scene over and over, LOL!
This is an Erotic story ,you have a heroine, newly married that is awakened to her sensual side, who does sleep with all three lords separately. Each lord gives her certain sensual must need's to completely satisfy her sensual side. I must also warn you that the last scene when they all come together there is some M/M action going on so if any or all these things would bother you then don't read this book. If it sounds good to you then I highly recommend it.

I'm growing to love erotica historicals. This book was sexy and the descriptions so beautiful. There's some male interaction in here but it worked even though I usually like mfm.
This is one hot historical book about a woman and the three men who satisfy her every need. I liked the story a lot but would have liked it even better if it was a little longer with more background on the characters.
I usually don't buy historical romances/erotica but I was intrigued by the plot enough to put it on my to read list. After reading the excerpt and the other reviews I decided to give this a try and was disappointed. I wasn't able to connect with any of the male characters and I don't consider the ending a happy one.
Alicia is a virgin debutante sent to London by her father to find a suitable match. After only a short time, she gets a offer of marriage from the Earl and is talked into accepting. Alicia remembers meeting the Earl but has no feelings towards him, she only accepts because she wants to please her father. Her marriage is quick and unmemorable and the rest of the story is about her bedding her three lords. Poor Alicia thought she was only going to bed her husband and is shocked by this turn of events.

Now to the problem I had with the male characters.
The Earl wasn't really interested in marriage. He is a young man more interested in his horses than his wife and is easily manipulated by others into doing stupid things. Like getting married and then letting other men bed his wife. He came across as stupid. When he finally figured out the Marquis and Duke both wanted his wife he got angry and demanded a pistol duel at dawn.
The Marquis is the driving force behind Alicia's marriage. He is a much older man who is a family friend and distant relative to Alicia, who has been obsessed with Alicia ever since he caught her in her father's stable showing a mute goat herder her breasts when she was 12/13 years old. Since he is already married and can't take her virginity without destroying his relationship with her father he comes up with the plan to get her married to his young cousin who wants a wife to give him heirs. He convinces the Earl to marry Alicia just so that he can have access to Alicia's body. Then near the end, Alicia figures out that the Marquis is actually in love with the Duke and he has Alicia suggest to the Duke to give in to the Marquis' lust as a birthday present. I found this character disturbing and unlikeable.
The only thing wrong with the Duke is that he knew the Marquis was up to no good and didn't stop the marriage before it happened. He also has an unidentifiable illness that has no cure and is the only one Alicia loves, so where is the happy ending in that?
